Visit from my family....

I know this post is long overdue, but you all know how it is sometimes....

At the beginning of May my brother (who currently lives in AZ) and his family came up to Denver for a weekend visit.

We had a fun couple of days together and the weather was even decent enough for us to go outside and do some sightseeing.

The first day we just hung out together at home, talked, played games and went for a walk around the neighborhood. Around dinnertime we headed to the Texas Roadhouse. It was delicious as always. =)

Sunday afternoon we drove up to Estes Park and the Rocky Mountain National Park. Unfortunately it snowed the night before, so we only made it up halfway on the main road.
We had a great view though and even some snow to have a snowball fight with. =)

On Monday Dan and my brother went shooting in the morning and later on we explored downtown Denver a little bit.

Our time flew by too fast, but we really enjoyed their company and had a great time together. Thanks for coming out to visit!!!

Und fuer unsere deutschen Leser auch eine kurze Erklaerung. =) Anfang Mai hatten wir Besuch von meinem Bruder und seiner Familie. Wir hatten eine schoene Zeit zusammen und haben den Rocky Mountain National Park erkundet, Denver Innenstadt besucht, unsere Nachbarschaft kundig gemacht und natuerlich viel gequatscht und gespielt. Die Zeit ging viel zu schnell vorbei aber wir haben uns riesig gefreut sie bei uns zu haben.
