Our Thanksgiving weekend....

1 Chronicles, 16:8.   Give athanks unto the Lordbcall upon his name, make known his cdeeds among the people.

We are thankful for all the blessings in our life and feel our Savior's love.

Our Thanksgiving weekend started with visiting our cute little nephew Koven, who was born on Thanksgiving day to Dan's little sister Crystal.

Of course we had a big turkey dinner  with Dan's family. We were excited to see everybody again and had a good time together. The food was just delicious and Dan and I had way too much. Unfortunately, we missed Jesse and his lovely wife Wendy at the family gathering.
I was able to meet up with 2 of my old coworkers and friends (the 3rd one chickened out, how rude) and where else would we go, than to my favorite place....Olive Garden. It was fun to catch up with Jen and Emi. I miss them greatly.
We also visited with our old neighbors and good friends the Schwertz. Dan and their cute daughter Lillian hit it off right away. It was great to spend some time with them and hear Lillian speak german and english. What a smart kid.
One of our favorite things to do in Salt Lake is hanging out with our very best friends Jake and Terrisa. I couldn't tell you how many hours we've spent playing games together and enjoying each other's company, but it is never enough. Please move to Denver !!!!!
This is little Max, the son of our great friends Lyndsey and Pierre, who made the time to come over and see us as well. Isn't he just adorable?
Luckily, we also had time to see the lights on Temple Square. It was just amazing to see. We loved it. Joseph, Mary and Jesus in the reflecting pond was a new one for us. It looked fantastic.
All in all it was a great trip, even with us getting stuck overnight in Vail on our way home. We miss you all already! Thanks for a great time.

I love that you all had a great Thanksgiving. Those were great pictures. Lillian looks cute. Aaron said he was just thinking about them, so it was fun to see their little girl.
